[Bill - States Prisons -]

Bill to provide for the erection & government of a States Prison was, read a 1st & 2d time and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading. 

[Resolve - real estate of Supply Walker -]

Resolve authorizing a conveyance of certain real estate to Supply Walker, which passed this House the 24th instant came from the Senate amended as in a new draft for concurrence - and the House concurred. 

[Resolve - Valentine Cook]

Resolve in favor of Valentine Cook, was read twice and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
