The committee on elections reported a statement of facts in relation to the election of Thomas Snow returned as a member from Frankfort - The report was assigned for consideration at 10 oclock tomorrow-

- of Bethel for an additional term of the C C P. & S.J.C. in Oxford County 
- Lemuel Shaw Adm' on estate of Martha Cochrane for leave to sell lands &c were severally read & referred to the committee on new trails . Sent up for concurrence.
