Petition of the town of Camden by their Selectmen prayign for an alteration of the Constitution of Maine Came up from the House of Representatives referred to a Joint Select Committee, consisting on the part of the House of Messrs Perkins of Kennebunk Port, Chase of Camden, Chadbourne of Standish, Stanley of Dixfield, Eastman of Strong, Mr Dowell of Washington, Davis of Mt. Vernon, Whitmore of Kirkland, Bridges of Charlotte and Lake of Bucksport with such as the Senate may join. read and referred and Messrs McIntire, Jewett, Benson, Frye and Talbot are joined in concurrence.
