Bill to incorporate the Hancock and Penobscot Rail Road Company on motion of Mr Greene, was taken up and this day at half past eleven o'clock assigned for a second reading

Bill further regulating Judicial Proceedings was taken up. Mr Merrow moved the indefinite postponement of said Bill - and the question to postpone in definitely being ordered to be taken by yeas and nays was decided in the affirmative as follows, to wit,
