Report of the Committee on Claims, giving leave to withdraw on petition of Solomon Littlefield, came up from the House referred to a Joint Select Committee, consisting of Messrs Shaw of Sanford, Davis of Mt Vernon, Gordon of Belfast, Holmes of Alfred and Chadbourne of Standish, with such as the Senate may join.

The Senate nonconcur with the House in their reference and recommit the same to the Committee on Claims.
