Bill in addition to an Act entitled an act to divide the town of North Yarmouth & incorporate the Westerly part thereof into a town by the name of Cumberland - was read a 3d time and on motion referred to the next Legislature - 71 pro. 31. con.

Bill to set off Samuel Davis and his estate from Harrington to Steuben, was read a 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10' oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of Winnegance Mill Dam, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed - Sent up for concurrence. 

[Resolve - respecting State lands]

Resolve respecting the State Lands, was read & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
