Mr. Smith from the Committee of Conference to which was referred the Bill providing for the election of County Commissioners on the disagreement of the two Houses on the same, made a report recommending that the Senate and House both recede from their votes to insist and that the Bill be referred to the next Legislature -- read and accepted.

Additional Resolve respecting the North Eastern Boundary (introduced in the House) was read once, and the same, on motion of Mr. Smith, was ordered to lie on the table.
