� I have a claim am allowed by the Commissioner against the Estate of Abner Babbidge due [?] involvement amount allowed is about 150 Dolls. the Estate will not probably pay over ten p. cents of all of Debt. I owe Thomas Brooks of Salem one hundred dollars and sundry small debts amounting to sixty dollar more. My wife claims a life estate of a small Iland near Vinalhaven the whole containing about 66 acres of she is entitled of aforesaid to one third only of this property I have the annual income only which is very trifling and estimated on the other note at three dollars.
