My wife lately deceased was heir to an Estate on which administration is now pending. of this Estate after the debts are paid there would belong to me or my children thirty eight acres about six of which is under cultivation This claim may be estimated at fifty dollars of which I expect to receive the annual income until my children become of age who will be entitled thereto by right of inheritance. Not having come into possession of any property from this source and it being a doubtful claim I have not estimated it of any value in my schedule of property. when received it may be estimated of the annual income of five dollars

My Family is large and unable to support themselves Having had much sickness and adverse fortune to contend with I have no means of supporting myself or them but my own labour which is trifling - some little assistance from them - the scanty addition exhibited in the schedule herewith and the bounty of my country on which source I rely with confidence.
