Are you more or less in and out of the wards in the general hospital? A. No, I am not a great deal. Q. Keep pretty closely confined to your own department? A. I do except when I work round out doors; have considerable work to do on the lawns and round the walks to keep them clean; and when I get those done I generally go out to walk Q. How do the patients get along who are in the department you have charge of? A. Nicely. Q. Are they well treated over in the brickwards, or abused? A. I dont think I am in the habit of abusing them.
