Dear Sir I have visited several towns in this County and made diligent search for soldiers that are absent from their Regiments and found Charles O Blithen of Capt E.H. Hines Company G. 9. Regiment of Me Vol. I inclose a copy of his discharge, I also find Josiah Byron of Capt Grd. B. Smiths Company E 15 Regiment Me Vol of whos discharge I send you a copy. I also find Granlif P.
