Looking I met a kind noble face, white streaming hair, a brown straw hat, and a pleasant voice which said -"would you like a seat sir?"- "I should like one very much sir" was my reply. And following after my new friend who shuffled rapidly up the aisle I was quickly seated in one of the best situated pews of the church.
