Knowlton a Teamster of Capt William Knowlton Co F. 10th Maine Regiment of Inftry who was Enrolled on the 17th day of September 1861 To serve Two years is hereby Discharged from the Service of the U.S. this Second day of June 1862 at Williamsport by reason of disability -- (No objection to his being reenlisted is known to exist) Said Isaac K. Knowlton was born in New Portland in the State of Maine is 28 years of age 6 feet 0 inches high Light complexion Blue Eyes Dark hair and by occupation when Enrolled a Mason - Given at Williamsport this third day of June 1862 Col Geo L. Beal Com 10th Me Regiment Vols

The above named Isaac K Knowlton was Discharged by reason of a Liver Complaint which rendered him unfit for service - He is not able to do any work now E.B. Lovejoy
