[Convention to elect Secy & Treasy of State.] Agreeably to assignment the two House met in Convention to elect a Secretary and Treasurer of State; when on receiving, sorting & counting the votes, it appeared that the whole number

For Secretary of State was 151 Necessary to a choice - 76 Ashur Ware had 149 and is chosen. For Treasurer of State whole number 157 Necessary to a choice 79 Joseph C. Boyd had 110 and is elected.
