I, Elisha Towle do solemnly swear that I will faithfully examine the townships belonging to the State of Maine above the St Croix as many as may be this season and that I will impartially and truly measure all timber cut therefrom according to the rules and [?] of measuring timber in other parts of this State and make a true report of the same. so help me God
