Resolved, authorizing the Treasurer of this State to obtain on the faith of the State a loan of thirty thousand Dollars at an annual interest not exceeding six per centum, or such part of said sum as the exigincies [exigencies] of the State may require previous to the first session of the next Legislature, having had two several readings passed to be engrossed.
