The Bill "providing a method of doing justice when through mistake executions are levied upon real estate not belonging to the debtor" which passed this House 6th instant came back amended at A & B for concurrence - and the House refused to concur.

[Time for choosing Treasurer of State reconsidered]

East of Machias for a law requiring owners of Mills on Pennamaquan River to keep open sluice ways for the passage of logs - were severally read & referred to the committee on turnpikes, bridges & canals.
