Of' course I shall be glad to sign and send a copy or Alice to the library when they are sent to me next month • Both Henry and I are indebted to the library f£or a thousand courtesies and assistances, to prove which I shall immediately ask for more courtesy and assistance! Have you some book that deals with the work of the Underground Railway before the civil war - not necessarily in Maine ? And if you have, will you send it to me?
