I told him he had a right to go into the bathroom when ever he chose; he said he should not go in there at all. I asked him to let go of him; he said he should not. I asked him two or three times, he would not let go. At last I took hold of his arms and told him he would have to let go, he said he should not. Then I got his hands off of Mr. Rice, broke his hold and he turned and grabbed me and both of us w went down onto the floor. When we struck the floor Mr. Besse started and run up on the floor and took hold of him and I got up had hold of one arm, and just that time Mr. Bridges another attendant came in. He wanted to know what the trouble was. I told him, and told him I guessed we should have to put him in the lodge, he had been fighting all the morning. Bridges, Besse and I took him down to the lodge. When we got down there we asked him to take off his boots, he had on heavy boots; he said he should not; we asked him two or three times, and he would not take
