Bill to change the names of certain persons, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Resolve - authorizing sale of Gun House in Portland &c]

Message from the Senate by Mr Smith their Secretary. Mr Speaker, The Senate have amended the engrossed Resolve authorizing the sale of a Gun House in Portland, by adding at the end the following proviso, "Provided such sale made within one year from the date hereof" and request the concurrence of the House - The House concurred & the Clerk was requested to acquaint the Senate therewith.
