The Committee on elections reported, that they had examined the returns from the District composed of Phillips Freeman & Kingfield and duly considered all the evidence in connexion with the subject, and are of opinion that Rufus K. J. Porter was duly elected and is entitled to a seat in this House - The report was read & Monday next at 11 oclock assigned to take it into consideration.
