[Committee - settling duties]

An order came from the Senate for concurrence, directing the committee on so much of the Governors Message as relates to the personal property assigned by Massachusetts to Maine to enquire into the situation of the bonds given for the performance of settling duties which by the act of separation remained in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to be enforced, commuted, released or otherwise disposed of in manner as said commonwealth might thereafter determine - and the House concurred.
