Report on petition of Elias Stowell & als - on petition of town of Frankfort - came from the Senate referred to the committee who have under consideration the petitions &c on the subject of the formation of new Counties &c for concurrence - & the House concurred.

Bill additional to an act for rendering the decision in civil causes as speedy & little expensive as possible - was read a 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10' oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

[Division of Lincoln County]

An order came from the Senate for concurrence directing that all petitions & remonstrances relating to the division of the County of Lincoln on the files of either branch of the Legislature be taken therefrom & referred to the committee on the subject of the formation of new Counties &c - The House refused to concur & postponed indefinitely the subject -
