The committee appointed this morning on the subject of requiring the Selectmen of towns &c to return to the next Legislature a Statement of the ministerial lands in their respective towns - reported a Resolve - read & accepted.

Resolve requiring Selectmen to return a list of the ministerial lands in their respective towns - was read twice & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence

[Bill - Buxton to Standish]

The House on motion reconsidered their vote of today passing to be enacted the Bill to annex certain inhabitants of Buxton to the town of Standish, and also their vote of 7th inst. passing said Bill to be engrossed & now refer the same to Messrs Cobb, Morrill of Chesterville & Clark of Limington.

[Report - Amos Rich & als]

The committee on the petition of Amos Rich & als, reported a reference to the Governor & Council - The report accepted in Senate came down for concurrence - and the House concurred.
