We the subscribers beg leave respectfully to recommend John Neal Esquire of Litchfield as a Gentleman well qualified to dischardge the duties of one of the Justices of the Courf of Sessions within and for the County of Lincoln; and we pray the Governor & Council to appoint and commision said Neal one of the Justices of said Court and as in duty bound will we pray.
