Ordered, that Messrs Wilkins, Crowell of W. & McIntire be a committee with such as the Senate may join, to consider the expediency & practicability of providing by law a prompt & efficient method for enforcing the payment & collection of debts without imprisonment therefor, with leave to report by bill or otherwise.
