Ordered that the Clerk be required to procure three hundred copies of the Governors Speech this day delivered to the Legislature in Convention, to be printed for the use of the members of the House of Representatives.
The Committee on the subject of reporting a system of Rules & Orders, made a report in writing which was read and accepted, and thereupon it was ordered, that the Clerk cause to be printed three hundred copies of the Rules and Orders of this House, together with a list of the several [crossed out]Com Standing Committees, and of the Members of the House, with the number of the seats they respectively occupy.
