Bill in addition to an act entitled an Act regulating the selection, empannelling and service of Jurors, reported by a select committee of this House, was read once & Saturday next at ten oclock assigned for a second reading.

Petition of James Osgood & als for aid in the erection of permanent bridges &c was read & referred to the committee on Turnpikes, Bridges & Canals - Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Samuel Heald & others of Troy to be incorporated as a Temperate Literary Society, was read & referred to the Committee on the incorporation of Parishes &c. Sent up for concurrence.
