On motion of Mr. Kilby of Eastport Ordered that Messrs Kilby of Eastport, Crane of Hope & Moody of Minot be a committee with such as the Senate may join to inquire into the expediency of authorizing towns in this State at their annual meeting to pass votes to tax the owners of dogs in their several Towns - read & passed.
