Petition of Isaac Crane & als & report thereon & Remonstrance of Enoch Hill & als against the prayer of said petition, taken from the last years files of the Senate, came from the Senate referred to the committee on the incorporation of towns for concurrence - and the House concurred.
Remonstrance of Obadiah B Moody & als of Corinna against the annexation of said town to the County of Penobscot, was read & referred in concurrence with the Senate to the committee on the incorporation of towns.
Bill - to regulate the taking of Fish in the Narraguagus River was read 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a third reading.
