Military affairs be instructed to inquire into the expediency of reporting a Bill making provision for a drill of Officers within Regiments or Battalions - the organization of Courts Martial by detail in conformity to Military usage to consist of a President, and two other officers with a compensation equal to what is now paid to Officers of said Courts, and for the repeal of all Militia laws passed since 1824 - read & passed. Sent up for concurrence.
