[Bill to incorporate the Winthrop Agricultural Society] Mr. Phelps from the Committee on that part of the Governor's speech relating to Agriculture reported on Petition of the Trustees, Bill to incorporate the Winthrop Society. Read once and today at 12 oClock assigned for another reading.
[Report on sundry orders, Legislation inexpedient] Mr. Dane from the Committee on the Judiciary on order of February 14th respecting the amendment of the Law relating to illegitimate children concurred on order of Feb.14th. respecting the expediency of amending the Act regulating Judicial process concurred and on order of February 17th respecting the expediency of making further provision for the support of paupers without the limits of incorporated towns and plantations, reported that legislation on each of said propositions is inexpedient. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.
