An Order came from the Senate for concurrence, appointing Messrs Megguier, Merrill and Goodwin with such as the House may join a committee to inform the Governor that both branches of the Legislature are proceeding upon public business and are ready to receive any communications he may be pleased to make to them - and the House concurred - and Messrs Clifford of Newfield, Washburn of Livermore Watts of St George, Phelps of Fairfield and Libby of China were joined - sent up.
