On motion of Mr. Abbott of Vassalborough the House reconsider their vote of the 10th instant accepting the Report of the Petition of Nathan Stanley in concurrence with the Senate and a message was sent to the Senate informing thereof and requesting them to return the same to this House - And the Senate concurred and the Secretary communicated the same to the House by message - and on motion the report was ordered to lie on the table.

The Committee to employ a Draftsman made a further report that they had contracted with Mr. Potter agreeably to their instructions which was read and accepted in concurrence with the Senate
