On motion of Mr. Abbott of Vassalboro the House reconsider their vote of the 10th Instant accepting the Report of the Petition of Nathan Stanley in concurrance [concurrence] with the Senate and a Message was sent to the Senate informing them thereof and requesting them to return the same to this House And the Senate concurred and the Secretary communicated the same to the House by Message and on motion the report was ordered to lie on the table
The Committee to employ a Draftsman made a further report that they had contracted with Mr. Potter agreeably to their instructions which was read and accepted in concurrance [concurrence] with the Senate
And the House adjourned
