A Message was received from the Senate in forming the House that the Senate have reconsidered their vote whereby they accepted the Report on Petition of Samuel Andrews and others ordering Notice to next Legislature requesting the concurrence of the House and the House concurred and the Clerk by Message acquainted the Senate therewith
