In Convention. The two Houses of the Legislature, agreeably to assignment, met in Convention for the purpose of choosing seven Counsellors to advise the Governor in the executive part of Government for the current political year, and a Secretary of State. Messrs. Burnham, Farnham and Smith of the Senate, and Messrs.
