Ordered that Messrs. Buxton of North Yarmouth - McIntire of York - McClintock of Bristol - Lake of Bucksport - Vose of Augusta - Chandler of Fryeburg - Spaulding of Norridgewock - Stetson of Hamden - Alden of Northport and Hobart of Edmunds be a committee with such as the Senate may join to consider the expediency of revising and making a new valuation for the several towns and Plantations in the State for the year 1835 and report by Bill or otherwise - Read and passed - Sent up for concurrence.

I communicate for the consideration of the two Branches of the Legislature copies of the first and sections of an Act of the General Assembly of Pennsylvania together with a Resolution of that State upon the subject of the abolition of Lotteries. Also copies of sundry documents and a Law of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on the same subject
