Petition of the Selectmen of Liberty, " of Timothy Copp and others for aid in making road in the town of Liberty came up from the House of Representatives referred to the Committee on the Judiciary. The Senate nonconcur the House in their reference, and refer the same to a Joint Select Committee, consisting on the part of the Senate, of Messrs Prescott and Clark, with such as the House may join.
