Friday, January 15, 1836.  
Resolved that the clerks of courts in the several counties in this state. Be directed to furnish the Legislature a correct statement of the numbers of committals, and also of convictions for the crime of Rape, Robbery with intent to kill. Burglary and such other breaking and entering of buildings as was punishable with death by the first section of an Act, falsed the 28th day of February, 1821. Which has occurred since 1823 inclusive- distinctly stating the number of each. Separately in each year.(as per schedule aniseed to the order.) Sent down for concurrence.

On motion of Mr. Purinton. Petition of N.S. Noncrofs and others praying for a Bank at Bangor, read and referred to the committee on Banks and Banking. Sent down for concurrence. (Concurred.)

Petition of Abiel Getchel and others, praying for the right to erected a Dam across the Wennebee at the " Sisc Mill Falls" in Malsalbro and Sidney- Remonstrance of Abiel Getchel and others, against the petition of Jacob Southwick and others- severally read and referred to the committee on Interior Maters. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Bill erecting the Village of Brunswick into a corporation for certain purposes was read the second time and amended and the same parsed to be engrossed as amended. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
