Bill creating the Village of Brunswick into a a Corporation for certain purposes came up from the House further amended. The Senate recede from their former vote, passed said Bill to be engrossed as amended, adopt the amendment proposed by the House and further amend said Bill and pass the same to be engrossed as amended.

Ordered, that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of providing by law that Executions, issued on Judgments rendered by Justices of the Peace, shall run throughout the State.

Ordered, that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of passing a law, whereby all Acts of incorporations (which may be granted after the passage of said Law) shall expire in  years, unless the said Corporators shall invest and expend  part of the Capital Stock of said Corporation.
