Bill to incorporate the Forest Grove Cemetery was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 o'clock referred for a 3d reading.

Petition of John Allen & others for an alteration on the law relating to logs &c was referred in concurrence with the Senate to the Committee on the Judiciary.

An order came from the Senate instructing the committee on Banks & Banking to inquire into the expediency of providing by law that the acts of incorporation, or Charters of all Banks, passed or granted prior to the 17th of March A.D. 1831, which may be hereafter modified or the amount of their Capital Stock increased on the application of the President, Directors or Stockholders thereof, shall at all times thereafter be liable to be amended, altered, or repealed, at the pleasure of the Legislature, in the same manner or if an express provision to that effect were therein contained and the House concurred.

The order which passed this House on the 3d instant on motion of Mr. Ide of Frankfort, came from the Senate referred to the committee on Agriculture for concurrence and the House concurred.

Bill - An Act in addition to an act to incorporate the Bangor House Proprietary, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
