Order from the House of Representatives appointing a Joint Select Committee consisting on the part of the House of one from each County, to wit, Messrs Davis, Shaw of Orono, Holmes of Alfred, Cunningham, Bridges, Morgan, Sproul, Wait, Stanley and Hinds, with such as the Senate may join, to hear Jo Soc Basin on the subject of his complaint and report the same - read and passed, and Messrs Clark, Latham, Merrow, Robinson and Strickland are joined in concurrence.

Order from the House of Representatives, appointing a Joint Select Committee, consisting on part of the House, of Messrs. Merritt, Woodman, Millet, Waterhouse and Lindley with such as the Senate may join, to inquire into expediency of passing a law, providing for an extra tax on Stud Horses, - read and passed and Messrs, Strickland, Mantor and Severance and joined, in Concurrence.

Order from the House of Representatives requesting the Committee on Accounts to inquire into the expediency of causing the several cities, towns and plantations of this State to be furnished with suitable blanks for making out their accounts against the State - read and passed in concurrence

Order from the House of Representatives instructing the Committee on Agriculture to enquire into the expediency of passing an Act or Resolve granting a bounty upon every barrell of fine and superfine flour raised and manufactured in this State, so as to do away as much as possible the necessity our citizens are
