The conferees on the part of the House on the Bill incorporating Howland Academy, reported that the House insist upon their vote passing said Bill to be engrossed and the report was accepted.
The committee on engrossed Bills reported as truly engrossed Bill An Act Establishing Howland Academy which was passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence
