The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as correctly engrossed, Bill relative to the safe keeping of persons lunatic or furiously mad; " additional to increase the Salary of the Register of Probate in the County of Penobscot; " in addition to an Act incorporating the Hallowell Ferry Company; " to incorporate the town of Edinburg; " --- Enfield; " --- Passadumkeag; " to annex part of the territory north of Albion in the County of Kennebec to said town; " to annex certain land belonging to Jonas Jordan to the town of Raymond, and the same were severally passed to be enacted.
