Petition of the town of Fryeburg, praying for toll Bridge across Saco River on Said town, Remonstrance of Joseph Badger and others against the petition of Joseph Sewall and others for a Bridge across Androscoggin River -- severally read and referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges, and Canals, in concurrence.
