Resolve to amend the Constitution relative to Bail was taken up and futher considered; and the same was amended; and ordered, or motion of Mr. Johnson, to divided the question and pass upon each Resolve separately. And the question of passing the first Resolve to be engrossed as amended, was decided in the negative, (the constitution requiring two thirds) by yeas and nays as follows, to wit: Yeas [Underlined] Messrs.
