In Senate March 17 1831
The Special Committee to whom was Committed so much of the Gov'r Communication of 25th Jan'y last as relates to the Memorial of the American Convention for Promoting the Abolition of Slavery, and Improving the Condition of the African Race.
House had the same under consideration, and have directed me to [?] or Resolve, Which is herewith Submitted.
