To his excellency Gov. Coburn
Dear Sir, I hear that all the original members of the original Maine Second Volunteers have been mustered out of the service and paid off. Will you please let me know if it is so or not, as I am an old member of that Regiment and I would like to know if I am not entitled to my Discharge.
