The Senate respectfully acquaint the House of Representatives that the indisposition of their Hon. President - preventing his attendance at the Senate Board this day, the Senate have elected Joseph E. Foxcroft Esqr President pro. tempore of their Board, and thus organized are proceeding on public on public business. Read & placed on file.
